Eve Teasing Paragraph for HSC and SSC

Eve-teasing has become a familiar term nowadays in Bangladesh. Eve, the first woman, represents womenfolk, and teasing means irritating. So, eve-teasing means irritating women to arouse sexual desire in someone.

Those who tease women are called stalkers. Eve teasing has been termed as sexual harassment. So, different forms of stalking and sexual harassment are widely known as eve-teasing.

Women, especially young girls, often fall victim to the stalkers. Stalkers lie in wait here and there and whenever they see girls they try to draw their attention by gestures and slang words. They follow them and even try to touch their body.

Basically, boys tease girls because these boys are not properly socialized and are not taught manners and etiquette in their families. When parents lose control over the boys; they become stalkers and become reckless.

To prevent this criminal activity the stalker should be given exemplary punishment. Their guardians should also come forward to control these perverted youths.

নারী উত্তক্তকরণ আজকাল বাংলাদেশে এক পরিচিত শব্দ হয়ে উঠেছে। ইভ বা হাওয়া (আঃ) প্রথম নারী স্ত্রীলোক জাতিকে বোঝায় আর টিজিং মানে উত্তক্তকরণ। কাজেই ইভ-টিজিং মানে মহিলাদেরকে উত্তক্ত করে কারো মধ্যে যৌন কামনা জাগিয়ে তোলা।

যারা মহিলাদের উত্যক্ত করে তাদের স্টকার (নারী উত্তক্তকারী) বলা হয়। ইভ টিজিংকে যৌন হয়রানি বলা হয়েছে। কাজেই বিভিন্ন ধরনের নারী উত্তক্তকরণ ও নারী নির্যাতন ব্যাপকভাবে ইভ-টিজিং নামে পরিচিত।

মহিলা, বিশেষ করে অল্প বয়সী তরুণীরা প্রায়ই উত্তক্তকারীদের শিকার হয়। উত্তক্তকারীরা এখানে সেখানে ওঁত পেতে বসে থাকে এবং যখন তারা মেয়েদেরকে দেখতে পায় তখনই তারা নানারকম বাজে অঙ্গভঙ্গি ও খারাপ ভাষা দ্বারা তাদের মনোযোগ আকর্ষণ করতে চেষ্টা করে। তারা মেয়েদেরকে অনুসরণ করে এবং এমনকি তাদের দেহ স্পর্শ করার চেষ্টা করে।

মূলত অল্প উঠতি বয়সী ছেলেরা মেয়েদেরকে উত্তক্ত করে থাকে। কারণ এসব ছেলেরা যথার্থভাবে সামাজিক শিক্ষা পেয়ে বড় হয়ে উঠেনি এবং তাদের পরিবার থেকে তাদের যথাযথ আদবকায়দা ও ভদ্রতা শিক্ষা দেয়নি। যখন পিতামাতা ছেলেদের উপর থেকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারায় তখনই তারা ইভ-টিজারে পরিণত হয়।

এ অপরাধমূলক কার্যকলাপ প্রতিরোধ করার জন্য উত্তক্তকারীদের দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি দেওয়া উচিত। এসব বিপথগামী বিকৃতমনা যুবকদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার জন্য তাদের অভিভাবকদের সম্মুখে এগিয়ে আসা উচিত।
